Please help identify this ultralight.....

Greetings friends!

I have recently come across a photo that came from this reaa.ru website...but I do not know where.
What a FASCINATING little ultralight!
http://www.reaa.ru/yabbfiles/Attachments/076.jpg ;
...

Could anyone please tell me more about it?  Who built it (please type their name in Russian because I'll ge much more hits in Google that way)?  What are the details?  Is it the only one?  Are there pl;ans?  Do you have more pictures?

Thank you very much for any information!

Gary,

This photo can be seen at the thread http://www.reaa.ru/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?num=1180454622
This aircraft was likely shown in 1985 at SLA-85 experimentals' fly-in in Kiev, Ukraine. I don't remember it's name but for sure somebody here does. When somebody answers I'll post the answer here.

Cheers,

Alex

The thread is dedicated to year 1987 fly-in in Moscow, not 85 in Kiev, but it doesn’t change any thing. Most probably you will not get any answer, except if some one personally knows the author or author himself will appear on the web, even less probability. The picture may be done during going around and taking pictures without any notes, just for “to have”  Улыбка For many of them now we are guessing who is who, that is.
I did the same in 85 in Kiev, just taking pictures and thinking: finally! I was young, believing that our ruling communist party finally turned toward homebuilders… yeep, it was just to find out who is doing such a things and more important for what, may be for running out from the country? They never understand that people want to fly for fun… may be some one was thinking to run out…  Улыбка

This is "Phoenix".
Some article about this plane was published in "Kryl'ya Rodiny" magazine in 1988.
I don't remember month exactly. I believe in June or later.
Plane was designed by students of one of high military aviation technical school. May be in Kharkov.
