Pilots of the AEF-2010
By participating in the event you as a pilot will experience a major thrill and also take on a major responsibility due to the high volume of participating aircraft.
It is your obligation to thoroughly review provided information and fill out our Visitor's registration form.
Any aircraft, that does not supply the necessary information and successfully pass the procedure of preliminary registration may be
declined entry to the show due to safety concerns. Operational radio and legal governmental registration are REQUIRED for all aircraft.
An exception will be made for any aircraft, prototype and/or mockup, arriving to the Fly-In 2010 by land, and only participating in the stationary exhibit.

To allow for a proper verification of provided information, please submit the scanned copies of your documentation to the Head of the Organization Committee
Tatyana Leifer.
List of required documentation:
- Aircraft registration
- Owner permission or rental agreement (if necessary)
- Airworthiness certificate
- Pilot Certificate or an equivalent, granting permission to pilot an aircraft of this class and category
- Medical Certificate
- Aircraft Operator Certificate (if necessary)
Please make sure that the provided paperwork is valid and active for the duration of the event.
